What is Stewardship & Monitoring ?
Once an ACE has been place on a property the stewardship and monitoring process begins. This is an ongoing commitment by CVFT to complete annual monitor reports and to enforce the terms and conditions of the ACE in perpetuity. Each year CVFT completes a site inspection / monitoring report to confirm compliance with terms of the ACE. Stewardship also includes ongoing communication with the current landowners and education of new landowners of the full and complete implications of the ACE.
