Become a Volunteer

Volunteers are vital to CVFT’s ongoing efforts to conserve this incredibly valuable resource. Your help is needed and we invite you to join us. Your efforts will truly make a difference.

Following are some of the ways you can get involved:

Become a Committee Member

We have eight committees that provide a wide range of support to the CVFT. As a general rule, committees meet every other month by conference call. For specific information on each committee see our Committee Descriptions.

Become a Board Member

Committee members who would like to increase their involvement in the organization are encouraged to become a member of the board. The board meets every other month, usually in San Joaquin or Stanislaus Counties. For additional information on board member expectations see our Board of Directors Job Description.

Become a Sponsor

Businesses or individuals may become a financial sponsor of our events and programs. We offer seven sponsorship levels, designed to meet your marketing recognition needs and maximize your return on investment. If you are interested in this opportunity see Sponsorship Opportunities.

Become a Technical Support Advisor

Do you have technical expertise you would be willing to share with us? If so, you can become a Technical Support Advisor. Periodically we need the assistance of a professional photographer, videographer, CPA, lawyer, appraiser, etc. Please call the CVFT administrative office to volunteer your services.

For additional information on these volunteer opportunities please contact the CVFT administrative office at (916) 687-3178 or email to [email protected].
